Watch that sting!

A wasp born out of technology gone feral.
This not so little critter is the result of a science experiment gone wrong. A batch of artificial intelligence chips prematurely activated in a lab, and fused with a nano-technology experiment. The chips and nano’s formed the first thing they saw, a collection of insects and other creepy crawlies. Destructive as they are, the 'Rights for Intelligent Machines' groups have listed them as a protected 'species', as they can not reproduce. Hopefully the artificial intelligence chips will not learn how to reproduce, as the nano's could actually spawn another chip.

They are only found on the planed Enna Prime in the Deena system. They spend their life scavenging for matter to aid in its growth and development.

UPDATE!: In the last week all contact from Enna Prime was lost. The final transmission was:
". . . wow look at that! - It's a swarm of huge insects! You have to see this, they shine like they are made of metal. . . . - hang on, what the hell!, there are thousands . . . they are . . . . attacking the. . . . can not hold. . . . . get it off me. . . - " -CONTACT LOST-

Also from Enna Prime, is 'Mozzie' in the Sci-Fi art gallery!

Art work constructed from found objects, mainly stainless steel. It is for sale to a decent home!
Height = 24 cm (9.5 Inches)
Width = 34 cm (13.38 Inches)
Length = 34 cm (13.38 Inches)

I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.
