On the move

Constructed for a commission, the brief was 'TELSTRA provides the tools for farmers'.
Telstra is one of the main Australian phone network providers.

The flip on this flip phone actually moved, I like to build a bit of interaction into my art and sculpture.

I am sure an Extra Terrestrial could phone home on this one.

The sculptures were photographed and used in print advertisements, brochures and point of sale displays in rural areas of Australia.

You can view the posters and brochures for the commission artwork project here

Art work made from found objects, mainly tools. Monkey wrench, small spade, drill, screw drivers, spanner, socket set, screws, nuts and bolts, wire and metal.
Height = 20 cm (9 Inches)
Width = 8 cm (3 Inches)
Length = 16 cm (6 Inches)

This is another not so little critter born from a science experiment gone wrong on Enna Prime. A batch of artificial intelligence chips prematurely activated in a lab, and fused with a nano technology experiment. The chips and nano’s formed the first thing they saw...
